Shipping Policy

We aim to deliver your chosen piece of art as quickly and safely as possible.

• Processing Time: All orders are carefully prepared, packaged, and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.

• Delivery Time: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but you will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

• Packaging: Every painting is securely packed to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll work to resolve it promptly.

Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products.
If you receive a painting that is damaged during shipping or has a quality defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@bohemianart.in with clear photos of the issue.

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you through the return process. The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not accept exchanges. Each Bohemian Art painting is an original, hand-painted piece, making exact replacements impossible. However, we’re happy to help you find another painting you’ll love.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 4-5 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our art, we cannot accept returns for:

• Custom or commissioned artworks

• Items returned without prior authorization

• Paintings damaged after delivery due to mishandling
